Discussion
A modest cottage with extensive additions and modifications by Maybeck. This early house served as a testing ground for Maybeck's early design concepts and explorations.
On February 01, 2007, the house was designated a landmark by the City of Berkeley, CA. The house has been altered significantly from Maybeck's design. But the original structure remains recognizable and could be restored.
