"Built in 1908, 438 College Street is a significant historic structure that has been renovated in a way that is expected to meet LEED standards for new construction. The project included constructing a 3,019-square-foot addition to make the building accessible to disabled users; upgrading the heating, air-conditioning, telephone, data, and fire-alarm systems; and replacing the building's original porte-cochere, roof balustrades, and trim. The new tenant is the dean's office for the university's College of Arts and Sciences. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
