Built between 1984 and 1987, this building was the seventh structure of the World Trade Center complex. It was destroyed as a result of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center towers.
As a part of the reconstruction efforts since 2001, this building has been replaced by a new 7 World Trade Center, which was completed in 2006.
