Sustainable Architectural Design & Planning
Custom Residential Commercial | Retail Feasibility Studies Site Planning & Design
We specialize in designing sustainable Custom Residential, New Construction and Renovation as well as Commercial and Retail Infill.
While each project is unique, the design process is similar for all types of projects. The initial Schematic Design phase is when we sketch up broad ideas. The design will be fluid at this point, we will work with you to get the concept on paper.
Next, during the Design Development phase, we iron out the concept and integrate more detail, often incorporating a digital three dimensional model.
The Construction Documents phase is where we create all the drawings necessary to get your project permitted and built.
Different projects demand different levels of Construction Administration. We will work with you and the contractor as much as needed, to ensure the highest level of quality on your project.
Feasibility Consulting
We can work with you to see what is possible for a particular site. Whether it be a small residential project or a larger mixed use project with a higher level of complexity. Sometimes all you need is an image to launch a project and to help others understand your vision. We can help you create that image or fully organize a full conceptual plan.
Sustainability Consulting
We design all our projects with Sustainability in mind, it is just good design. However some projects may lend themselves to obtaining Professional Certification. For those projects we offer consulting services for the following Certifications:
