Schematic Design—We work with you to make your concept come to life. Budget review. Presentation documents and graphics indicating intent are provided to you.
Design Development—We take the design and provide a real solution based upon our years of experience.
Construction Documents—We provide to you, on your own documents, design, details, and drawings to receive bids from.
Construction Observation—We peer review the selected contractor’s work for you. We witness tests, inspect installation, and work with the contractor to develop a construction plan.
Manufacturing/Contractors
Fabrication—We build 2D/3D models to detail the structure for fabrication. Part shop drawings are produced in pdf/dwg files.
Construction—We develop assembly sequence drawings and erection diagrams to coordinate with site schedule and access.
Developers/Inventors/Studios
Rapid Modeling/Prototyping—We develop your concept into an early visual model, refine the design with you to prepare for 3D printing or fabrication.
Rendering and Graphics—Presentation graphics that encompass the various levels of photo-realism.
