Alvar Aalto Medal

Established in 1967, the Alvar Aalto Medal is sponsored by the Museum of Finnish Architecture together with the Finnish Association of Architects. The medal was created in honor of noted modernist Finnish architect Alvar Aalto and is awarded irregularly. Winners are recognized for a significant contribution to Architecture.
