Our work in designing Shingle Style homes comes from a deep-rooted love for the craft behind the architecture. Our homes often contain custom designed moldings and millwork we draw full size by hand to artisically explore each curve and line. Custom staircases, kitchens, built-ins, even windows and doors all contribute to the intergrated and organtic quality of place we wish to instill in all of our designs.

Andreozzi Architects years of experience in designing waterfront homes brings to the table a wealth of site specific information. These harsh wind and salt water battered environments demand an understanding of materials that will withstand the oceanfront microclimate.
In addition, experience in working with the strict requirements of FEMA and CRMC is key to a successful waterfront design. We often coordinate a team of engineers and biologists to insure a house siting that meets all the requirements of CRMC, FEMA, DEM and local ordinances and is a beautiful architectural responce to the characteristics of the place with minimal environmental impact.
