Ann Gray, FAIA, FRICS, LEED AP has served as owner's rep in commercial and corporate real estate for more then 20 years overseeing major office, residential, and entertainment projects. Recent clients include Cushman & Wakefield, Crown Realty and Development, Triumph Management, Grubb and Ellis Landauer, and the Monarch Group. For 8 years Gray was studio architect at Paramount Pictures responsible for entitlements, master planning, architecture and interiors. During her management the studio performed several complex entitlement proceedings, a master plan, new corporate headquarters, and averaged $20 million per year in remodel work. The design work under her administration was been recognized by Progressive Architecture, Interiors and TIME magazines. Prior to her work at Paramount she was Vice President of Indivest, a real estate development company where she oversaw the entitlements and design of a 22-story Class A office building and other projects.

In 1994, Gray founded Balcony Media, publishers of FORM magazine, a highly regarded design journal and books and monographs under the Balcony Press imprint.

Gray is a member of the AIA/LA Political Outreach Committee, a former trustee of the California Preservation Foundation, former chair of the AIA/California Council Design Awards Committee. She has been recognized by the National Association of Women Business Owners for her entrepreneurial endeavors.
