ArchiteG, Inc. is a full-service architectural firm. The firm is young, but our team of design professionals has decades of extensive experience with a variety of building types and provides a full range of professional architectural services (especially retail architectural service), which includes the following:

Commercial / Retail projects:

Amerige Heights, Fullerton, CA, a 43-acre shopping center with 1 million square foot of retail space.

Crossing at Corona, a 113-acre regional power shopping center with over 1 million square foot of retail space, located at 15 Freeway and Cajalco Road.

Park West Shopping Center at Stockton, a major shopping center located at 8 mile road and 5 Freeway.

San Jose Market Center at San Jose, a major shopping center including Marshalls, Cost Plus, Michaels, PetSmart, Office Depot and Target. It has become a local landmark. This well-designed shopping center can be seen on flights to San Jose Airport.

The Elvis Mansion, Memphis TN

Grand Plaza at San Marcos, CA, a major shopping center including Marshalls, Bed Bath & Beyond, Sport Chalet, Shoe Pavilion, etc.

Lucky 478, Hawthorne. A 71,189 s.f. prototypical supermarket, with Deli, Bakery, Dairy, Grocery, Produce, Meat Sales, Photo, General Sales, Floral and Drive-Thru Pharmacy.

Hospitality Projects:

Sands Hotel/Casino, Las Vegas, a major project that includes two new hotel towers totaling 6,000 keys, and two casinos, over 200,000 s.f. of retail space, a roof garden with a health and fitness center and a wedding chapel, two theaters, interior canals with gondolas, and over one million square feet of exhibition space. The architectural character incorporates both classic Italianate design and 14th-16th century Venice, completes with replicas of the famous Doges Palace, Campanile and Rialto Bridge. The total construction cost for this project is 1.3 billion dollars.

Nanjing Commercial Building, a 39-story high-rise building with commercial/retail on the lower 8 levels and hotel for the upper levels (including a presidential suite on the top level) and underground parking garage.

Educational Projects:

"Space Saver" Intermediate School, Santa Ana, CA, an 116,000 s.f. state-of the-art multi-story fundamental school for 1,300 students on 11 acres, built partially over a new 250-space parking garage constructed for use by an adjacent shopping center. The construction cost for this project was 22 million dollars. This project won the AIA design award.

Modernization of five schools for Sacramento Unified School District.

Modernization of ten schools for Artesia Unified School District.

Modernization of Arminta School for Los Angeles Unified School District, etc.

Industrial Projects:

Koll Plantation, City of Industrial, a 3,203,838 s.f., and 14 tilt-up building complexes on 73.55 acres.

Oberthur Smart Cards, USA, Inc. (Kirk Plastic), a 106,715 s.f. tenant improvement for an existing tilt-up building.

Healthcare Projects:

LAC+USC hospital, a 2.4 million-square-foot replacement healthcare project for the Los Angeles County and University of Southern California (LAC+USC) hospital, includes an eighteen-story main hospital tower, an outpatient department and a diagnosis and treatment department. The construction cost for this project was 1.2 billion dollars, and the final package contains 3,600 sheets of construction drawings. This project was published extensively in Architecture, Design Journal, Architectural Record and Los Angeles Times and Orange County Register.

Veteran Administration Hospital, City of Sepulveda

Hoag Health Center, Costa Mesa

Hospital Replacement, Naval Air Station, Lemoore, California

Kaiser Permanente, including Claims and Referrals, Pasadena; Genetic Testing Laboratory, Los Angeles; Parsons, Pasadena; Specimen Processing Laboratory, Los Angeles, etc.

Telecommunication Projects:

About sixty AirTouch Cellular projects, including all three prototypes: a prefabricated ACP building and a monopole, underground vaults and roof top penthouses. The construction cost for these projects is over 20 million dollars.

Nextel projects

Urban Design/Streetscape:

Fremont Street Experience, Las Vegas, a huge space frame covered part of the Fremont Street, with people mover, and six surrounding buildings. This project was published in Architecture Magazine, April 1996.

Residential Projects:
