Architecture and engineering services for residential, commercial, industrial and public properties. Services range from architectural design to structural engineering evaluations.
Types of services performed include structural evaluations for solar array installation; new industrial equipment installations; water infiltration mitigation. Architectural services range from new residential additions to fire safety training drill towers.
Each job is individual. Services are tailored to client specific needs from small renovations to installations of new bank branch locations.

SECCO, Inc., Lemoyne, Pennsylvania – Evaluation of commercial roof structure for lumber distributor to support solar panels installed by SECCO, Inc. Issued sealed engineering statement of the suitability of the structure including recommendations for reinforcement.
Atlantic Energy Concepts, Reading, PA – Structural analysis and design for mounting photovoltaic panels on two (2) commercial building roofs.
Central Bucks School District, Bucks County, PA – Structural analysis and design for mounting photovoltaic panels on ten (10) building roofs for Central Bucks School District.
Epoch Solar Innovations, Pottstown, PA – Structural engineering of over-roof solar panel support framing for residential use. Assess conformance of over-roof solar panel support framing structure to all applicable codes and regulations.
Fresh Produce Retail Center, Denver, PA – Electrical engineering for connection of solar array to utility conduit for commercial produce market. Coordinated with the electric utility to meet utility equipment, installation and connection requirements for utility interactive PV systems. Developed code review drawings to meet the National Electrical Code and Statewide Building Code. Drawings based upon interconnection diagrams developed by the solar system supplier. Drawings included raceway/wiring requirements, disconnecting means, over current protections, short circuit protection and grounding. Also provided utility and distribution system interface connections. Prepared technical specifications of materials, equipment and installation for electrical system. Developed site layout showing distance to property lines, set-backs and area of panel footprint.
Working Farm, Loysville, PA – Provided site survey for solar array layout. Established topography, take-outs of piers, shows on survey plan, and pier heights as shown on survey plan. Provided electrical engineering services for connection of solar array to utility conduit for working farm in Loysville, Pennsylvania. Coordinated with the electric utility to meet utility equipment, installation and connection requirements for utility interactive PV systems. Developed code review drawings to meet the National Electrical Code and Statewide Building Code. Drawings based upon interconnection diagrams developed by the solar system supplier.
