young office of architecture located in the 3rd floor of a 70`s building in trendy condesa; a neighborhood reborn during the last decade structured by modern buildings contrasting the 19th and 20th century buildings that outline the special taste of an unusual and warm district The distribution of the structure {exposed concrete columns} generate a unique 120 square meters work area and the services located in both corners. The result is a flexible space to work, with a simple language of finishes in wall [white], ceiling [black] and wood-floor [brown].
