"The renovation updates a 1960s dining facility that had a dual straight-line serving area and institutional-style seating. The new design accommodates just-in-time cooking in a marketplace-style serving area. The new dining areas offer many types of seating and dining spaces. Attention to the lighting and ceilings for these spaces creates a restaurant-like feel. The facility has 800 seats and is serving 5,000 to 6,000 meals a day. It also offers a grab-and-go service for students in a hurry. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
