The Natural Science Building offers a common gathering space for students and faculty from across the science to meet in an atmosphere of shred community. Acting as the front door to the science quad kinetic beacon to the campus, it houses the departments of Physics and Chemistry, providing four new teaching labs, five classrooms, and centralized offices for the faculty. The central courtyard acts as an outdoor classroom and gathering space for faculty and students, while the revitalized Botany courtyard promotes scientific exploration. The building received a LEED platinum certification and is the first LEED-certified project on campus.
