A local mechanical, plumbing and electrical contractor, Big Town Mechanical, determined through a programming effort completed by TRP,inc that their need to house current operations and planned expansion requires a new building. The design provides a combination of production warehouse space and office area on three floors in 49,000 s.f. The third floor provides rooftop parking and an opportunity to install photovotaic panels. The industrial neighborhood is defined as a re-development area by the City of Las Vegas and the new building will replace several older structures marking a significant contribution to the community. An important project goal is LEED certification and the process has required some exacting criteria and memorialization of design decisions.

The total construction cost of this project: $8,000,000.
