The court is very unique compared to other bungalow courts due to the variety of types, both stand alone cottages and duplex style cottages. Two structures are two stories as well and one has natural tree limbs integrated into the balcony structure giving an adirondack chair look. Unfortunately, these natural logs have been painted over.
