Celebration Associates and QROE Farm Preservation Development have created a compelling, rural home community just 15 minutes south of Charlottesville, Virginia in North Garden, Virginia. The Maple Ridge Group, a well-known residential construction firm ( www.mapleridgegroup.com) was selected to build the first new home on the 2,300 acre property--a Russell Versaci designed vernacular farmhouse that brings a modern set of features to a traditional Piedmont farm design. There are only 104 home sites at Bundoran Farm and much of the land will remain in a perpetual farm easement evocative of life on an actual farm.
