"This four-level building, known as CLCC II, is intended to help the university cope with rapid enrollment growth and an increase in class sizes. It houses laboratories and classrooms for four diverse disciplines -- applied sciences, arts, business administration, and engineering. In addition to classrooms with tiered seating and a 150-seat lecture hall, the building offers teaching labs for biology, chemistry, and physics/geology, as well as an applied-computing lab. It completes a circular courtyard begun by the first CLCC building, designed in the 1990s by the same firm. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
