TradeCenter 128 is one of the newest developments north of Boston in years. Located just one mile from the intersection of Route 128/I-93, TradeCenter 128 includes a 150,000-square-foot facility for Middlesex Superior Court, a 900-car parking garage and 400,000 square feet of speculative office space that boasts more than 550 feet of unprecedented frontage on Route 128/I-95.
Although TradeCenter 128’s large floor plans and prominent location are expected to be of special interest to large firms of all types, there have already been several inquiries for smaller-sized suites from various other business types. There have also been several inquiries from upscale restaurants and other amenities.
Tenants who sign leases for that office building in early 2008 will be able to occupy it as early as June 2008.
