The legacy of any architectural project is the physical building or space and its ability to stand testament to the requirements imposed upon it. Within the next 20 years, the world’s entire energy infrastructure and the lifestyles of its people will be re-thought. This transformational change will result in a new type of architecture, a built environment with different priorities, and new formal languages.
