D.S. Ewing Architects, Inc. is a full service architectural design firm specializing in site and master plan design, architectural design, interior design, building renovations and restoration design. We have extensive experience in a wide variety of project types. Since 1972 over 1,000 projects have been designed by this office.
Our project goals are to design sustainable solutions functionally and aesthetically in conformance with the client's program and budget while maintaining compatibility with the immediate environment. We provide a complete design service throughout both the design and construction phases. The firm has designed projects in California, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Michigan, Montana, Ohio, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wyoming, as well as Internationally in England, France, Japan, Mexico and Spain. We are interested in any project where the client strives for the same excellence and level of quality we are committed to with each and every project.
The firm is composed of a diverse group of professionals. The staff includes several project architects as well as specialists in interiors and master planning. We have established a close association with structural, mechanical, electrical and civil engineering consultants with whom we work on a consistent basis. In addition, we utilize a wide range of specialty consultants for input on unique project applications. Among our strengths is our familiarity with the various aspects of the construction process; we are a licensed contractor.
Specialties include: contemporary houses, rustic houses, offices and retail-commercial spaces, ranches, equestrian facilities, restoration of all structures, and recreational resort architecture.
