Marina Mile Park of Commerce(MMPC)

  • A twenty-five (25) acre master planned, LEED certified, commerce center, strategically located at the intersection of Broward County Florida's primary expressways, transportation corridors and ports of commerce. DJP Development reclaimed the former rock pit site utilizing clean fill and sustainable development techniques.

Pembroke Industrial Park

  • Located in the Town of Pembroke Park, Broward County Florida, just west of I-95. It is a development project consisting of approximately 63 acres of excavation area. The project will be reclaimed to provide approximately 600,000 square feet of class A industrial flex/distribution space.

Netherton Greens

  • Located in the City of Opa-Locka, Miami Dade County and is a redevelopment project consisting of an 8 acre site located in a Brownfield Designated area and a 51 acre excavation area. The project will be reclaimed to provide approximately 400 multi family affordable workforce housing units and approximately 60,000 square feet of commercial space. Located just SW of the Golden Glades Interchange.
