Danny Mitchell's philosophy is that Architecture is a professional service business offering the Client a full range of architectural and planning services suited to the specific needs of the Client and their project.
Involving the Client in the total architectural process, guiding them with the Architect’s expertise, and most importantly, listening and responding to the Client, are the reasons why he has been successful in finding appropriate solutions for the diverse needs of numerous Clients and projects.
Throughout his professional practice, he has been involved in projects requiring the interaction of multiple disciplines, tight schedules and budgets, and projects of varying size, while maintaining design sensitivity toward environmental and technical concerns.
His experience has included a variety of building types including office, industrial, maintenance, retail, educational, single-family residential, multi-family residential, recreational and corporate tenant facilities. Close monitoring of schedules and budgets throughout the process produces projects completed on time and within budget.
He approaches each project and each client as though they are unique, as he believes they are. The successful design of a project requires the Client’s contribution of information. The unique team of consultants and technicians required to produce the Client’s desired results are selected for each project. Through efficient communication and documentation, the Client is involved throughout their project.
