"This new three-story complex of two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments houses 259 juniors and seniors. Each apartment is furnished with a couch and faux-leather chair in the living room; a dishwasher, stove, and microwave; and Internet access and a cable TV hookup. Although all of the apartments are similar in design, some have bay windows or dining booths in their kitchens. The complex's stone-and-red-brick exteriors are reminiscent of the Victorian era.
