Mutli-story steel box raised one floor above ground on steel stilts and covered by a large canopy roof. Decks project from two sides, with access from sliding glazed wall panels. 10 x 18 foot (3 x 5.5 meter) sliding steel shutters can completely enclose building when not in use; all operated at once using a single hand crank.
