Clark County Water Reclamation District Administration Building, Las Vegas, NV $8.5 million, two-story, 39,780-square-foot Class A office building that includes offices, public lobby, three large conference rooms and a wealth of modern technology. Clark County Government Center, Las Vegas, NV 385,000 SF building, including design of the County Commission Chambers, Community Room/Cafeteria and Central Plant. In association with C.W. Fentress and Associates. Allen Tel Corporate Office/Warehouse, Las Vegas, NV 12,000 SF Class B+, two-story office building attached to the front of a concrete tilt-up warehouse, hiding the warehouse from street view. Bekam Office Building, Las Vegas, NV 6,375 SF, six-story Class A office building currently in the design phase. Decatur Office Building, Las Vegas, NV 51,335 SF Class B office building. The Building is steel frame with EIFS exterior prefab panels with a ribbon of reflective glass surrounding the entire building. The building is strategically placed on a 3.45 acres site to allow a second phase and a parking structure to be added at a later date.
