Donnelly ingatlanfejlesztő Kft
History
The office was founded in 2002 by Anthony Donnelly. In 2004 it was made into a limited company and the office became associated with Declan Fallon Architects and O’Donnell architects. The present partnership, under the name of Donnelly ingatlanfejlesztő continues to expand and promote the best of development and investment as well as ideas of excellence in architecture and building technology.
Background The objective of the office is to provide a comprehensive professional service covering all aspects of development, building design and project management, collaborating closely with the client’s project team, contractors and other agencies. We aim to supply investment opportunities within the construction and property market and to carefully manage those projects to acquire the optimum yield for our clients. Having architects as part of our team allows us to offer a complete service to our clients, as well as the additional value to a building which is the result of good design. The design philosophy is to produce carefully considered buildings and interiors that contribute to the built environment. The designs concentrate on established principles which produce a constant design quality.
Design Our objective is to provide our clients with appropriate solutions that comply with their cost and programme targets. Our approach to a project is to carefully analyse the problem and present a solution, which solves the users immediate and future requirements. Specialist consultants, if required, are recommended from an approved list of professionals who have proven themselves satisfactorily in their respective fields. All schemes are carefully studied at design and detail stage to produce a building that has an acceptable level of maintenance and energy consumption. The firm’s experience embraces many differing types and scales of developments with particular interest in urban design for future growth.
Structure The directors take care to be involved with all projects in the office, and deal directly with clients, who in turn may be assured that all projects are professionally executed and monitored. Our professional design team and technical group work closely with the project managers and construction supervisors at all stages of each project. The assembled professional team is fully supported by admin, which enables us to maintain the highest standards of service, whether for full development management, architectural design, construction management or consultation. Continuity is encouraged and highly valued as an important asset to our clients ans the company.
