"This large, light-filled two-story building has room on the lower level for the Parking Services office, lounge areas, and cash food operations -- a coffee bar, a sandwich counter, and an ice-cream shop. A broad wooden stair leads to the upper level, where students enter a food-court-style area featuring a deli, an omelet bar, a grill, a salad bar, a smoothie station, and an entree line. Behind the food displays are the kitchen, storage areas, and offices. Seating occupies the rest of the floor. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
