"Located on Edgewood Avenue near the Martin Luther King Jr. Center in downtown Atlanta, the Edgewood Offices building was first constructed in 1946 and renovated in a highly sustainable manner. Edgewood Offices was the first LEED Platinum building in the city of Atlanta and only one of four in the Southeast United States (as of October, 2007, AJC.com). Half of the 2,820-square-foot, two-storefront building houses the Dynamic Dish vegetarian restaurant and the other half is the corporate headquarters of The Epsten Group, Inc., an architecture, engineering and sustainable consulting company."—Greenroofs
