The firm offers full services for site design, building design, construction documents, cost estimating, bidding, construction administration, and special research projects. We have extensive experience in successfully obtaining Planning and Building Permits and in successfully negotiating with respective Planning and Building Departments and other entitling agencies. Along with our consulting engineers, we coordinate with local utility companies, environmental health departments, water and sanitary districts, and other various agencies to obtain all necessary permits. We have this experience in over 40 Bay Area cities.

The firm has expertise in light-commercial work with extensive experience in façade improvements, image branding, custom residential, retail store design, restaurants and food service, space planning, tenant improvements, and site planning. This work includes the construction of new buildings, major and minor building remodels, parking lots, and interior construction.
