Epstein provides clients design services including architecture, planning, interior design and graphics; full-service engineering including civil, MEP and structural; and construction. Our designers and engineers also provide specialized consulting in sustainability including LEED program management and LEED feasibility assessments. In addition to these A/E/C services, Epstein’s staff provides “strategic services” for companies preparing to make critical real estate decisions. These services include site selection and due diligence, logistics analyses, and preliminary sizing.
For over 85 years, Epstein has been associated with landmark projects throughout the world. Our portfolio is diverse and we provide services for our clients with great agility. Epstein has provided design, engineering and construction solutions for clients in the commercial and industrial sectors as well as significant experience with institutional clients. Our projects with clients in the commercial market include office buildings, corporate interiors, multi-family residential, hotel/hospitality, retail, mixed-use developments, and R&D/laboratories. In addition to our commercial experience, Epstein has considerable industrial client work consisting of manufacturing, distribution centers and warehouses, refrigeration and food processing facilities. Our portfolio also includes significant institutional projects ranging from transportation, government projects and convention centers to education and healthcare facilities of all sizes.
