The former principal of one of the largest architectural practices in the Southwest decided in July 2008 with his wife, to extend their single storey house at Restronguet Point overlooking the Carrick Roads. The extension to be an energy efficient structure, to be built within a short period and to a high quality, to a clearly defined agreed brief and budget.
"Freehand drawings were converted into a comprehensive set of digital drawings covering general arrangement drawings, details and services."
"The drawings were submitted for building regulation and planning approval at the same time. Approvals were obtained without delay in accordance with the agreed programme."
