[edit] Discussion
"Farewell Mills Gatsch Architects, LLC (formerly Ford Farewell Mills and Gatsch, Architects, LLC) was founded in 1974 by William Short, FAIA (formerly of Venturi and Short) and Jeremiah Ford, III, AIA (presently at Ford3, Architects, LLC) as Short and Ford, Architects. Short and Ford was a community-based general practice that undertook both historic preservation and the design of new buildings, primarily residential and small-scale commercial and institutional work. In the early 1990s, the firm reorganized as FFMG and in 2004 transitioned to FMG." —FMG profile at FMG web site
