"This five-story residence hall is the university's first "green" building, and is expected to attain LEED certification. The building has 102 beds -- 16 suites with four single bedrooms each; eight suites with two double bedrooms apiece; four efficiency apartments for resident assistants and visiting faculty members; and one two-person apartment for a resident director. Each suite has a kitchen, a common area, and a private bathroom, while each floor offers a study lounge and laundry facilities. The entry floor features a 16-rack bicycle-storage room, a kitchen, a game room, offices, and "hang out" spaces for students. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
