Freighter View Assisted Living Facility in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan was designed by Bradley J. Butcher & Associates, PC - Architecture & Planning firm in Gaylord, Michigan. Freighter View is a 26-unit, 17,400 square foot Assisted Living Facility which includes Kitchen, Dining, Reception, Activity/Living Area, Beauty Salon, Offices, Laundry Room, Storage Rooms, Janitor’s Closet, Mechanical Room, Common Areas, Porte-cochere entrance, covered patio, and parking for 20 vehicles.

Freighter View is situated in the City of Sault Ste. Marie - Michigan's Upper Peninsula, and has spectacular views of the International Bridge and freighter ships passing through the Soo Locks. The facility was designed with natural log elements, stone facing and trim, and a green architectural shingle roof.
