Distinctive roof lines. Leaded glass windows featuring spider web design. Exterior brick work is distinctive featuring patterns on bricks and clinkers. There is a small swimming pool in the basement but humidity management was not well understood in those days, so the pool was drained and a floor built over it. Interior walls are deep-textured plaster. The living room is dominated by a very large fireplace. Living room also features a 16' ceiling, a balcony, and built-in book cases. Kitchen and dining room are two steps down from living room and one step down from entry way. The entry turret features a curved wooden door and a curved stairway. Interior fixtures feature wrought iron.
Frye began construction during the roaring twenties but the crash of 1929 happened before he finished or sold the house. He may have lived there while he finished it.
