It was also know as the Howard B. Wolf building. Howard and company bought and moved into the building in 1972 and operated a woman's clothing company until they closed and sold the name in February 1999.
The top floor was used as the marking and cutting rooms. The middle floor held the design, sample, production rooms and offices as well as the "cage" for sales samples and trim and fabric receiving and storage. And the ground floor had reception, executive offices, sales offices, offices, meeting rooms, accounting, computer server, shipping, receiving and warehouse, with a public outlet store in the corner facing Parry and Haskell.
