Firm Focus: All servicesadesign and construction contract administrationa are owner-oriented. The goal for each project is to develop a design solution that responds to the owner?s immediate and long-term needs as well as the site and local conditions. To achieve this, Hall involves the owner in the design process to develop project objectives. These objectives include the owner's economic goals, spatial needs, functional requirements and aesthetic preferences.
