Our founding partner, Mike Hartman, has instilled these values in the company and principals Matt Scaringe and Ryan Chewning continue to foster them as they guide the company into the future.
PERSONNEL
H2Engineering has a staff of 43 professional, technical and administrative personnel enabling the firm to meet rigid time schedules without sacrificing quality. In addition, participation in technical societies keeps personnel abreast of the latest techniques and innovations.
Our staff is large enough to handle complex projects and the rigid schedules common place in today's market, yet flexible enough to provide individualized attention to the smallest projects. To serve you more efficiently, H2Engineering has a corporate office in Tallahassee, Florida and a branch office in Jacksonville, Florida.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Professional services are provided through coordinated operating departments: Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection), Controls/Automation, Telecommunications and Electrical. For specific projects, professional personnel from these departments are brought together in a Project Team to take advantage of the collective experience of all relevant disciples.
Since its inception in 1977, H2Engineering has worked on more than 1,700 projects with a construction value in excess of $1 billion. The vast majority of these projects have been done for repeat clients indicating the degree of trust, confidence and satisfaction with the firm’s work.
Projects include: commercial, industrial, educations, institutional, public buildings, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, airport terminals, parking garages, jails, military brigs, prisons, central heating plants and central refrigeration plants.
ADDITIONAL EXPERTISE
H2Engineering has 8 Professional Engineers on staff, 15 LEED Accredited Professionals, 5 Certified Commissioning Authorities, 1 Registered Architect, 2 Registered Communications Distribution Designers and 1 Licensed General Contractor. Each is proficient in promoting the design, construction, and operation of buildings that are environmentally responsible, profitable, and healthy places to live and work.
