This Mixed-Use complex currently under construction includes a 50,000 sq ft Retail Mall over a 40,000 sq ft Parking Garage, and a 90,000 sq ft 3-story Hotel Building, plus two separate small retail buildings. The Retail Center includes a large atrium skylight framed in structural steel tube sections. The majority of the building is supported on a post-tensioned slab lid covering a sub-grade parking garage. The Hotel is designed entirely in light gauge steel. The construction cost is approximately $28M.
