"ITC Centre, the futuristic office complex that ITC Ltd is building in Gurgaon, has been awarded the Platinum Green Building rating by the USGBC-LEED or the US Green Building Council-Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design."
"ITC Centre is the first project from India and the seventh in the world to get the platinum rating among the 150 projects certified by the USGBC-LEED. Platinum is the highest rating, followed by Gold, Silver and Certified. The complex, occupying a 2-acre plot, has a total built-up area of 1,80,000 sqft in a G+3 configuration with two basements."
"The building will have zero-water discharge, 53% energy savings over conventional building, 40% reduction in potable water use, eco-friendly housekeeping practices and a green education programme. Built out of fly-ash bricks and concrete, the ITC Centre would re-use treated gray water for flushing and landscaping."—The Financial Express
