IDI specializes in commercial architecture. IDI has completed nearly 300 supermarket renovations and expansion projects for the Kroger Company, 30 projects for Quest Diagnostics Clinical Laboratories and over 50 projects for Lockheed Martin Aeronautical Systems Company, along with projects for Sysco Foods, Starbucks, Seattle’s Best Coffee and other retailers such as Chevrolet, Mazda, Mitsubishi, and Hyundai. This vast experience allows the IDI team to deliver construction documents that are accurate, within budget, and true to the scope of work.

IDI provides quality structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering services to its commercial clients on a regular basis. These engineers, in addition to our staff of Architects and designers, create a team of highly experienced professionals that deliver construction documents that are accurate, within budget, and without delay.
- Construction Administration
We tailor the level of Construction Administration provided according to the client and the needs of their project. This process helps create a smooth flow of information between the architect, general contractor, and the client. This is accomplished through site visits, coordination meetings, quick responses to RFI’s, and administering all aspects of the construction process.

Over 20 years ago Lawrence P. Kay, AIA opened the firm Integrated Designs, a architecture firm with the fundamental principals of ethics, timeliness and accuracy at the heart of its operations. In 1994, Integrated Designs became incorporated under the name Integrated Designs International, Inc. (IDI). Since then, under the direct control of President Lawrence P. Kay, AIA, IDI has continuously proven themselves through hundreds of Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build projects.
