"This three-story building for SMU's engineering department contains classrooms, laboratories, research facilities, and faculty offices. It is the university's first LEED-certified facility, designed to save water and energy and offer users good indoor air quality. Flushless toilets, automatic light sensors, and runoff-free parking lots are among the sustainable-design features. The university plans to provide kiosks identifying the green aspects of the building. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
