JFN Associates - 85 Broad Street & 77 Water Street New York, New York - Managing Partners were: Douglas Nicholson, Malcom Nicholsen, & Salvatore P. Fili. JFN was ranked as one of the Top 3 National Design firms from the mid 60's through the mid 70's. It's specialty was space planning and was known for it's interior design excellence. The firm consistently planned in excess of one million square feet annually. It grew from a small staff in the 60's residing at the old 85 Broad Street to a 120-person office.
