[edit] Firm Statement

For over 30 years, JPRA Architects has specialized in planning, architecture, interior design, lease administration and environmental graphic services to the retail development and hospitality sector. Many of our projects have involved uncommon strategies and innovative designs to meet the client’s goals. We have assembled a staff of talented people who provide the diversity needed to accomplish projects at the highest level of professional skill. JPRA has provided services on a variety of projects commissioned by some of the development industry’s most demanding clients. Our projects immerse the guest into a strategically designed environment providing them with a most memorable experience.

JPRA specializes in designing "destination places," including renowned regional shopping centers, neighborhood Main Streets and mixed-use developments as well as office facilities. Our environmental graphics have enlivened center courts, city streets and parking structures. Renovations, vertical expansions and enclosures of existing shopping centers are also a specialty. JPRA projects have garnered awards for complementing the region in which they are located while providing proven long-term asset value to the Client.

JPRA Architects is actively practicing and promoting Sustainable Design methods on projects where possible. We believe that it is essential to produce retail and entertainment destinations in a way that reduces the use of non-renewable resources, minimizes environmental impact and relates the consumer with the natural environment.
