KSS Architects LLP is a full-service architecture, planning, and interior design firm with offices in Philadelphia and Princeton, N.J. Since our founding in 1983, we have built an impressive portfolio of work for clients who are leaders in their fields, including education, land development, commercial real estate, and corporate environments.
We are committed to high quality design and state-of-the-art technical solutions. We structure our firm to streamline decision making while utilizing the expertise of our 51 team members, nine of whom are LEED Accredited Professionals. One of our five partners leads each project, but consults regularly with the other partners and team members to allow everyone to contribute his or her specialized knowledge and to find the ideal solution for any design, technical, or management problem.
Our excellent designs have received multiple national and regional awards and are frequently published in the media. KSS has been twice named AIA New Jersey's Firm of the Year, and many of our team members have won individual design and service honors.
