[edit] Firm Statement

The services of the firm are centered around both the planning and design aspects of architecture. One of the things that people who have experience with the firm notice is the principals' commitment to the most intimate of details pertaining to the project, which puts them a cut above the rest, even the likes of more noteworthy architectural practices in today's world. The firm excels at being flexible, consistent, and effective. These guys really know the ropes in the government approval phase and projects go by in a rather timely manner, which can really be a tough issue on many contemporary projects.

Keller & Barre Associates focuses in several areas, but mainly in commercial projects, retail, mixed-use, and residential. The firm recently has had quite a bit of success with its remodel of several Northgate Supermarket, including the design of a marvelous store in San Diego. Other notable clients include McDonald's, Jack in the Box, Pacific Life, and The Irvine Company. In the past the firm has won awards across a wide spectrum, from AIA/OC to US Congressional awards for the improvements their designs have made to a number of Southern California communities. Despite being a full-service architectural firm, they have recently been named amongst the top 20 interior design firms of Orange County and have been selected again for a more in-depth profile of the firm, by the Orange County Business Journal.

Currently the firm is working on several projects including a housing remodel in San Marino, various tenant improvements at Pacific Life's Newport Beach headquarters, and work on UC Irvine's new student union.
