"This facility houses Kingwood College's chemistry, geology, biology, and physics/astronomy departments, as well as the nursing, respiratory, occupational-therapy, and dental-hygiene departments. The building includes classrooms, science and computer labs, lecture halls, and faculty offices, and is intended to be a bridge between the oldest quadrangle on campus and the new Student Services Building. The building's lobby is a 2?-story atrium that opens onto an entry porch with a large canopy. The structure's exterior is predominantly banded brick. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
