A. Eugene Kohn, William E. Pedersen, and Sheldon Fox were founding partners of this noted American firm (see Kohn Pedersen Fox Architects (KPF), New York, New York, USA). In the shared management structure of KPF, Fox acted as the firm's project manager, while Pedersen is principle designer and Kohn, the firm's chairman and chief marketer. Pedersen and Kohn remain active in the firm. Sheldon Fox retired in 1996.
