The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) adopted master plan for renovations and remodel of the existing Convention Center includes twenty projects ranging in complexity from site improvements and central plant upgrades to additions of existing structures and renovations to add meeting rooms. The first rendering depicts the overall aerial view of proposed development and the second remaining depicts the proposed North-South connector. TRP, inc in collaboration with EV&A and SRA(two local firms) is responsible for the expansion of the South Hall meeting room build-out and renovations, one of the largest projects within the master plan. The project includes finishing out new meeting rooms and a public concourse over Desert Inn Road. The existing bridge meeting rooms will be reconfigured and renovated and the existing exhibit hall (S4 East) will be converted to meeting rooms and public areas. Some demolition will also occur (the S2 East meeting rooms) to convert the space for exhibits. The work is valued at $200,000,000.
