| Client | Cypress College |
| Cost | $12.6-million |
| Area | 62,500 square feet ( square meters) |
"The building was designed to provide a new focal point for the Cypress College campus. A two-story entry lobby leads to the Learning Resource Center, which comprises a computer-learning commons surrounded by labs for math, reading, writing, foreign languages, and distance learning. A Teachers Learning Center and several group-study rooms are located nearby. The library, to which access is more limited, is located on the second floor. It has central stacks so that reading areas and study rooms take full advantage of the campus views. " — Chronicle of Higher Education
